Glen Eagles Vista
At the corner of Shephard Avenue East and Twyn Rivers Drive is a spot with a good view over the Rouge Valley. On one side of Sheppard Avenue is civilization, and on the other is wilderness. Here are some photos taken in early April 2008, before the trees turned green. 
In the above photo, you can see the effects of erosion from the Rouge River. The top of that crest was once accessable to hikers. But that trail has been closed down. (See 1990's Photos for some photos taken from that crest.)
