Queen and Spadina
This is the intersection of two of Toronto's most interesting streets. To the east is the trendy Queen Street East neighborhood. To the west is the even more cool West Queen West area. And to the north is the oldest and largest of Toronto's Chinatown districts.
Yes, even Toronto has "squeegee kids". I was waiting for a washroom at a fast food restaurant at Queen and Spadina and out came a kid carrying a bucket of soapy water and a squeegee. But since the provincial government banned this activity, there are now more cars on the street with dirty windshields. |
