At the Scarborough Bluffs Park, you're right on top of the bluffs.
From here, you get a nice view of Bluffers Park to the east.
This park is on Cecil Drive.
To reach it, drive south on Midland Avenue.
Immediately south of Kingston Road, turn left onto Scarboro Crescent.
Turn left onto Undercliff Drive, then right onto Cecil Drive.
